Dr. Hillary is an extremely knowledgeable and professional therapist. She cares about me as a person and makes me feel comfortable during my sessions. My therapy sessions involve 1 on 1 time during which exercises to help my issues are demonstrated and explained, and then I follow up doing them with her guidance. I especially like how she makes it so convenient to follow up with the exercises at home via email videos. I highly recommend Dr. Hillary as a therapist!
